Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The role supports daily accounting operations and ensures accurate financial records in line with company policies and UAE regulations. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Record daily transactions, journal entries, and general ledger updates
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data accuracy
• Support senior accountants and finance team as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Sound knowledge of UAE VAT Filing laws and procedures(Preferred)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
