We’re Hiring: Pre-Sales Engineer – Fire & Life Safety (Dubai) 🚨

We are currently seeking an experienced and technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer – Fire & Life Safety to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is critical in supporting the sales function by providing expert technical input, system designs, and compliant solutions for a wide range of fire detection, fire protection, and life safety projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to develop accurate proposals and ensure solutions meet both client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end technical pre-sales support for Fire & Life Safety solutions.
• Design system concepts and prepare proposals, BOQs, and detailed technical submittals.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation thoroughly.
• Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, and project teams to deliver compliant and efficient solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all proposed solutions comply with local and international standards, including UAE Civil Defense, NFPA, and EN.
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization exercises.
• Assist with RFQs and tender responses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role within Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems.
• Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with estimation tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
