A growing organization in the Facilities Management and Building Maintenance sector is currently seeking motivated HSE Inspectors / HSE Assistants (Entry Level) to join its operations team in Dubai. The selected candidates will play an important role in maintaining safe working environments across various facilities and maintenance projects. The role involves conducting safety inspections, promoting awareness of safety standards, and supporting the implementation of health and safety procedures across maintenance and MEP-related activities.

Working closely with site teams, supervisors, and maintenance staff, the HSE professional will help ensure that safety regulations are followed consistently and that potential hazards are identified and addressed promptly. Key Responsibilities:

• Site Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections across facilities and maintenance sites to identify potential hazards and safety risks.
• Safety Awareness: Organize and deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions to educate workers on safe working practices.
• Incident Management: Assist in reporting workplace incidents, supporting investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Workplace Monitoring: Ensure that maintenance, MEP, and operational activities follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Compliance Support: Help maintain compliance with company policies and local safety regulations while contributing to a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Diploma in Engineering (3-year program) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Safety Certification: NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Industry Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, MEP, or Building Maintenance environments will be beneficial.
• Attention to Safety: Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and willingness to promote a safe working culture.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate safety procedures clearly and work effectively with site teams and management.
