Job Description
Our client in the security sector is seeking an experienced and professional Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, client relationships, and overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure service excellence.
- Manage guards, supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Handle client complaints, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor performance, analyze operational challenges, and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role within the security industry.
- Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct investigations and write comprehensive reports.
- Computer literate and professional in client handling.
