Public Relations Officer (PRO) – SAIF Zone

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced PRO who has complete knowledge of SAIF Zone-related works. The candidate must be well-versed with the internal departments of SAIF Zone (Customer Care, Visa Section, Licensing, Immigration) and capable of handling all government formalities including visas, licensing, and document submissions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle company formation, license issuance, amendments, and renewals in SAIF Zone
• Process employment visas, cancellations, renewals, Emirates ID, medical typing, and visa stamping
• Submit and follow up on documents with SAIF Zone authorities and Sharjah Immigration
• Manage share transfers, activity changes, company name amendments, and license upgrades
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and submit necessary documents
• Track and update all expiry dates for visas and trade licenses
• Visit SAIF Zone and Immigration offices daily as required
• Ensure all documents are prepared, submitted, and collected on time
• Maintain confidentiality and proper recordkeeping of client documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a PRO handling SAIF Zone procedures
• Strong knowledge of SAIF Zone portal, document formats, and government systems
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Must be well-organized, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa regulations and Free Zone compliance
