Description:

Kandas Interiors Decoration LLC is currently hiring an experienced HR Executive to handle complete HR operations with active involvement across office, site, camp, and operational locations. This role is suited for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working closely with site teams and managing workforce-related matters in a dynamic environment. The position requires regular visits to labour camps and project sites and direct support for day-to-day operational HR needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong background in end-to-end HR operations
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
• Good working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Willingness and ability to visit labour camps, sites, and operational locations regularly
• Ability to manage HR matters related to attendance, discipline, workforce coordination, and compliance
• Experience in construction, fit-out, or industrial environments is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Coordinate camp-related HR activities, workforce attendance, and employee movement
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR compliance matters
• Support visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID, and coordination with PRO services
• Prepare payroll inputs, overtime calculations, and final settlements
• Conduct regular camp and site visits to address employee concerns and ensure compliance
• Assist with recruitment coordination and operational HR requirements
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
