Description:
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced HR Executive to become part of our hospitality team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about people management, HR operations, and recruitment, while actively contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture. Knowledge of the hospitality sector and the ability to communicate in Russian will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily HR operations and employee relations activities
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments across the organization
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS systems
• Support onboarding processes, staff inductions, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to internal HR policies as well as local labor laws and regulations
• Assist with performance management systems and ongoing HR projects

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience working as an HR Executive, ideally in hospitality
• Solid knowledge of HR operations, recruitment practices, and employee relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
• Russian language proficiency is highly preferred and considered a strong asset
