Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all construction materials, tools, and supplies towards site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantity and quality against delivery notes or invoices.
• Organize and maintain stock in a clean, orderly, and accessible manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs or inventory management software.
• Issue materials to production or other departments as requested.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock or surplus.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards within the store area.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement department for timely restocking.
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain records of damaged, expired, or returned goods.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Storekeeper in Construction, Equipment Rental, Heavy Machinery Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction machinery and mechanical spare parts.
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items when required.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Technical Qualification related to Machinery/Automobile/Mechanical Parts
• English and Hindi is Mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred

Experience: 1-2 years of Experience Preferred.
