Job Description
- Our client is seeking to hire a skilled and reliable Baker to support their upcoming kiosk and shop operations in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on baking experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to standard recipes
- Ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of baked products daily
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the baking area
- Proper handling and storage of baking ingredients and finished products
- Adhere to production schedules and daily output targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work early hours and meet production deadlines
- Good hygiene and attention to detail
