Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant medical or administrative field.
•     Possess valid professional licenses where applicable (e.g., NCK, KMLTTB, Pharmacy & Poisons Board, Clinical Officers Council).
•     Have proven experience in clinical care, diagnostics, pharmacy operations, administration, or patient support.
•     Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑care skills.
•     Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality healthcare.
•     Be familiar with hospital procedures, safety standards, and patient‑centered service delivery.
