We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front office environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
* Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
* Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
* Manage office reception area and maintain records
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with administrative tasks
* Receive and distribute couriers and documents
* Support HR and administration teams as required
Requirements :-
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Well-organized, presentable, and customer-focused
* Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
Preferred :-
* Experience in UAE office environment
* Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
* Filippino Canditate.
