A large manufacturing company's Dubai headquarters is hiring a front desk administrative staff member.
Job responsibilities include :-
Managing basic office affairs; managing and dispatching company vehicles;
Managing the company canteen and employee dormitories;and purchasing office supplies and daily necessities.Receptionist duties and external reception; other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements :-
* Female preferred, presentable appearance. Nationality not limited, those with Chinese language skills preferred.
* Office location & working hours: Motor City, Control Tower, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, every other weekday (Saturday working hours are the same as weekdays on single-day weekends).
