Responsibilities :-
* Front desk & receptionist duties (greeting clients, handling calls/emails)
* Daily admin support, scheduling & coordination
* Draft emails and office correspondence
* Handle real estate documents (Listings, MoUs, Form A/B/F, SPA)
* Coordinate with developers, trustees & registration offices
* Assist in deal tracking & payment follow-ups
Requirements :-
* Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience (mandatory)
* Fluent in English, strong communication skills
* Tech-savvy, organized & able to multitask
* Own visa required (Labor Card provided)
* Female candidates preferred
