Description:
We are currently looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk / Receptionist to join a well-established medical clinic located in Jumeirah. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a patient-centered environment and can confidently manage front desk and administrative responsibilities with accuracy and care. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle walk-in inquiries
  • Register patients and update medical records accurately in the system
  • Collect payments via cash or card and issue receipts accordingly
  • Prepare treatment cost estimates and clearly explain them to patients
  • Coordinate closely with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order at the reception area
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of patient information at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role; medical or dental clinic experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
