Description:
A N T Engineering Consultants is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join its Dubai-based consultancy team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects while contributing to high-quality project execution across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong on-site supervision experience and a solid background working with engineering consultancies.

About the Role:

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet approved quality standards
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to address and resolve technical and site-related issues
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance with approved plans
• Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to UAE construction laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Mandatory prior experience working with an engineering consultancy
• Strong technical expertise with hands-on site supervision experience
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Good understanding of UAE construction regulations and practices
• Consultancy experience of 2 to 4 years is highly preferred
