Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process immigration and visa-related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect, review, and verify required paperwork.
• Submit and follow up on applications with embassies, consulates, and other authorities.
• Maintain organized records of client documents and application statuses.
• Prepare files for visa interviews and legal submissions.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and confidentiality standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding application progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or documentation roles (immigration industry preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
