iPANAC Consulting L.L.C – FZ is a professional consulting firm providing business, accounting, and immigration-related services to international clients. We are expanding our support team and are looking for a Receptionist with an Accounting background who can professionally manage front-desk responsibilities while supporting basic accounting functions.

Job Description

We are seeking a corporate office–experienced Receptionist with exposure to accounting tasks. The ideal candidate must be confident in cold calling and client follow-ups and capable of acting as a backup support for the accountant when required.

Important: Candidates with experience limited to salons, restaurants, or hospitality front-desk roles will not be considered. Only office / corporate receptionist backgrounds are acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and manage front-desk communication professionally
  • Perform cold calling to potential clients and follow up on assigned leads
  • Maintain client call logs, records, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and assist internal departments
  • Support accounting operations including:
  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Invoice preparation and follow-ups
  • Basic bookkeeping assistance
  • Act as backup for the accountant during workload peaks or absence
  • Ensure smooth daily administrative and office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a receptionist in a corporate/office environment
  • Background or education in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
  • Comfortable with cold calling and professional client communication
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with consulting or professional service firms
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
