iPANAC Consulting L.L.C – FZ is a professional consulting firm providing business, accounting, and immigration-related services to international clients. We are expanding our support team and are looking for a Receptionist with an Accounting background who can professionally manage front-desk responsibilities while supporting basic accounting functions.
Job Description
We are seeking a corporate office–experienced Receptionist with exposure to accounting tasks. The ideal candidate must be confident in cold calling and client follow-ups and capable of acting as a backup support for the accountant when required.
Important: Candidates with experience limited to salons, restaurants, or hospitality front-desk roles will not be considered. Only office / corporate receptionist backgrounds are acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and manage front-desk communication professionally
- Perform cold calling to potential clients and follow up on assigned leads
- Maintain client call logs, records, and internal documentation
- Coordinate appointments and assist internal departments
- Support accounting operations including:
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Invoice preparation and follow-ups
- Basic bookkeeping assistance
- Act as backup for the accountant during workload peaks or absence
- Ensure smooth daily administrative and office operations
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a corporate/office environment
- Background or education in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
- Comfortable with cold calling and professional client communication
- Basic understanding of accounting processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with consulting or professional service firms
- Ability to multitask and work independently
