Hiring | Senior Interior Design (ID) Engineer

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior ID Engineer to join our fit-out and interior contracting team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in managing interior design execution, coordination, and approvals across fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize interior design drawings, shop drawings, and detailed fit-out documentation
• Coordinate closely with site teams, QA/QC, MEP departments, material engineers, and external consultants
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, approved materials, and authority regulations
• Handle design changes, RFIs, technical submittals, and drawing revisions efficiently
• Support value engineering initiatives and design optimization while preserving design intent and quality
• Manage and follow up on approvals with consultants and clients to maintain project timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
• 7–10 years of proven experience in fit-out and interior contracting projects
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, finishes, FF&E, and MEP coordination
• Demonstrated experience in securing consultant approvals and handling fast-track projects
• Excellent technical, coordination, and communication skills
• Prior UAE experience is mandatory
