Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
•     Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
•     Have proven experience in sales leadership, field sales, or microfinance sales.
•     Demonstrate strong team management, target‑driven execution, and customer acquisition skills.
•     Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
•     Exhibit high levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
•     Be familiar with credit products, loan processes, and microfinance operations.
