An urgent hiring opportunity is available for an experienced Barista to join a vibrant and customer-focused restaurant team located at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about coffee preparation, customer service, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering consistent beverage quality while maintaining high service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare premium-quality hot and cold coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate espresso machines and other café equipment while ensuring cleanliness of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of coffee beans, ingredients, and supplies
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver friendly, professional service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment
• Solid understanding of espresso-based beverages; basic latte art skills are an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service-oriented attitude
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work setting
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Available to join immediately or within 1–2 weeks
• Flexible with working hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
