Hiring: Purchase & Inventory Coordinator

???? Location: Dubai, UAE

???? Salary: Up to AED 5,500

 

???? Role Overview

Manage purchasing, inventory control, and product uploads while coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and online platforms.

 

? Requirements

• Experience in purchasing/inventory (retail, FMCG, floral preferred)

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Basic Shopify or e-commerce knowledge (training provided)

• Good negotiation & communication skills

• Organized, proactive, able to multitask

• UAE-based & immediately available

• Bonus: Knowledge of Dubai flower markets

 

????? Key Responsibilities

• Source flowers, packaging & supplies

• Manage suppliers & negotiate pricing

• Track stock, forecast demand & prepare reports

• Upload & maintain products on Shopify & marketplaces

• Coordinate with florists, CS & management
