Description:

Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to become the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and prior experience within the real estate sector.

Languages Required:

• Russian – Fluent
• English – Fluent

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2–3 years of proven experience working as a Receptionist
• Prior experience within a real estate company is mandatory
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Ability to manage calls, visitors, and front-desk responsibilities efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Coordinate and manage meeting schedules and appointments
• Provide administrative support and assist with general office tasks
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times
