We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Greet and welcome visitors professionally

 

Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries

 

Schedule appointments and support front office coordination

 

Maintain a neat and presentable reception area

 

Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal teams

 

Requirements

 

Female candidates only

 

Previous experience in receptionist, admin, or customer support roles

 

Fluent in English with a professional demeanor

 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 

Proficient in Microsoft Office
