We are seeking a motivated and friendly Female Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from customers

Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments

Provide information about services and pricing

Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally

Update customer records and service details

Coordinate with cleaning staff as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Friendly, professional attitude

Basic computer and phone skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
