Description:
ARCO Interiors is urgently hiring a Logistics Officer to join its project operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end logistics activities and support smooth project execution across multiple sites. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating logistics resources, schedules, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and safely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full logistics support and oversee day-to-day logistics operations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted progress of assigned projects.
• Organize and supervise project site setup, including coordination and monitoring of employees, contractors, and third parties.
• Ensure smooth project initiation, execution, and completion by maintaining effective logistics planning.
• Manage project logistics, organization, and safety by scheduling staff, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors according to timelines.
• Prioritize work orders and structure logistics tasks based on project deadlines and urgency.
• Develop detailed schedules and movement plans for materials, manpower, heavy equipment, light vehicles, and parts in line with project requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics activities in a fast-paced project environment.
