Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in high-volume or premium dining establishments.
• Strong culinary foundations with a clear focus on quality, consistency, and execution.
• Mandatory prior work experience within the UAE hospitality sector.
• Candidates must currently be available and based in the UAE.
• Ability to lead kitchen teams, maintain standards, and support operational excellence.
