Description:
Veloche Interior and Exhibition is looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to support its Interior Fit-Out projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are experienced in handling technical documentation and coordinating closely with project teams in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and submit project-related documents including submittals, letters, and reports.
• Maintain accurate document registers, logs, and tracking systems to ensure timely updates and submissions.
• Support tender documentation processes and assist with compiling required records.
• Manage the circulation, control, and filing of documents using Aconex and other project management portals.
• Ensure all documents meet internal quality standards as well as project and consultant requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth document flow across projects.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Document Controller within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Aconex, and similar document control platforms.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
