We are hiring an experienced and strategic Operations Manager – Construction to lead and manage end-to-end business operations in Dubai. This senior-level role is suited for a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive exposure to managing multi-functional operations within the construction sector.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on operational expertise, the ability to drive efficiency across departments, and a strong understanding of business performance, compliance, and growth initiatives.

About the Role & Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete operational functions including Sales, HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Project Operations
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and performance improvements
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination across departments
• Track budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure business targets are met
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements
• Support strategic planning, business expansion, and long-term growth initiatives

Requirements:
• 10–15 years of proven experience in operations management
• Prior experience within the construction industry is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region is an advantage
• Availability to join within a 30-day notice period
