Wendy’s UAE is currently seeking a reliable and highly organized Business Administrator to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while supporting business functions across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle business correspondence and prepare official documents as required.
- Manage incoming calls along with accurate data entry and file organization.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal business events.
- Maintain accurate records, data logs, and a well-structured filing system.
- Support the planning and execution of business-related activities such as team meetings and training programs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa processing for employees.
- Prepare employee change-of-status documentation and recruitment request forms.
