Description:
We are currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Safety Officer to join a professional food industry team based in Abu Dhabi. This international opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about maintaining high food safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing food safety systems, monitoring hygiene practices, and supporting operational teams to maintain consistent quality across food operations.

Key requirements and responsibilities include:

• Applying strong knowledge of HACCP principles and Food Safety Management Systems
• Ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi food safety laws and regulatory standards
• Monitoring food handling, storage, and hygiene practices across operations
• Maintaining accurate food safety documentation and reports
• Supporting audits, inspections, and corrective action processes
• Utilizing MS Office tools for reporting and record management

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within industrial catering
• Food Safety Level 3 or HACCP Level 4 certification
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Immediate availability is preferred
