Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Possess a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CPS, Advocate of the High Court, PMP, or related) will be an added advantage depending on the role.

• Have relevant professional experience in consulting, audit, public sector advisory, legal research, HR, or performance management.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.

• Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.

• Be proficient in computer applications and professional tools relevant to the role.

• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
