Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a PhD in Law, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Community Development, or a closely related discipline (for Lecturer roles, a Master’s degree with strong academic progress toward a PhD may be considered).

• Be registered or eligible for registration with relevant professional or academic bodies where applicable.

• Have proven teaching experience at university level and a strong research and publication record (especially for Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor roles).

• Demonstrate ability to develop curricula, supervise students, and engage in scholarly research.

• Possess strong communication, mentoring, and academic leadership skills.

• Demonstrate commitment to Christian values and the mission of Africa Nazarene University.
