 Hiring – Logistics Coordinator | Dubai (DIC)
Quadri Pharma is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about logistics, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to support smooth supply chain and transportation activities across departments.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport partners, and external vendors to maintain efficient logistics flow.
• Maintain accurate records related to logistics operations, inventory, and shipment tracking.
• Assist in optimizing delivery routes and managing logistics-related costs.
• Prepare and handle shipping documents, customs paperwork, and invoicing requirements.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues proactively to avoid delays or disruptions.

  Candidate Profile:

• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior exposure to logistics or transportation coordination is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, logistics software, and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively.
