About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of restaurant accounting. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounts, stock control, supplier accounts, POS/aggregators reconciliation, reporting, payroll, and month-end closing.

This is a complete 360° accounting role — NOT just data entry.

Responsibilities

Accounting & Reports

• Maintain complete books of accounts (multi-branch)
• Post daily POS/aggregator sales and deposits
• Expense entries, GRN verification, supplier outstanding
• Monthly branch-wise & consolidated P&L
• Variance analysis and management reporting

POS & Aggregators (Mandatory Experience)

• Daily reconciliation across:
• Talabat / Noon / Deliveroo / Careem / Eat Easy / Keeta
• POS to Bank reconciliation
• Tracking pending receivables and settlements

Inventory & Stock

• Inward/Outward stock entries
• Wastage & variance tracking
• Stock movement between branches and central kitchen

Payroll & HR Accounting

• Salary entries & adjustments
• Advances recovery and overtime calculations
• Gratuity & EOS computation based on UAE Law

Compliance

• VAT ledgers and filing
• Corporate Tax Filing
• Audit support and documentation

Skills Required

• 4–5 years UAE restaurant accounting (Mandatory)
• Strong experience with:
• POS machines
• Aggregator settlement portals
• Bank reconciliation (daily/weekly)
• Supplier account management
• Stock costing and allocation
• Advanced Excel: Pivot, VLOOKUP, Match, Reconciliation
• ERP knowledge: Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (any)

Education

• Master’s Degree Required
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (preferred)

Personality

• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong coordination and follow-ups
• Honest, ethical, trustworthy

Eligibility

• Must currently be in UAE
• Transferable visa preferred
• Immediate or short notice joiner preferred
