Description:
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support our Dubai operations at DIP 1. The role requires a hands-on administrator who can manage daily office workflows, coordinate between sites and clients, and assist management with reporting and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, proficient with Microsoft Office, and ready to start immediately.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in administration or coordination; facility management or fit-out exposure is preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with good capability in Excel for reporting and trackers.
  • Excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills.
  • Based in the UAE and able to join on short notice.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, invoices and monthly management reports.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, work orders and related documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the management team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
