About the Role
Lotus Dental Clinic — Dubai Silicon Oasis branch — is seeking a poised, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our front-desk team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a warm, organized clinic experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients on arrival and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Manage appointment scheduling and keep the daily calendar coordinated for clinicians.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and organize patient records, insurance paperwork and front-desk documentation.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical clinic is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent customer-service skills, with good organization and multitasking ability.
• Professional appearance, a positive attitude and customer-focused demeanor.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
