We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Audio-Visual (AV) Support Executive to join our team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting AV systems across meeting rooms, events, and hybrid collaboration spaces — ensuring presentations run smoothly and audio/video quality is consistently reliable.

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

• Arabic-speaking candidate (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate AV support.
• Proven experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Strong skills in operating and troubleshooting projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and AV control systems.
• Experience supporting live events, recordings, webinars, and hybrid meeting setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms and event venues.
• Provide live support for events, presentations, webinars, and recordings.
• Troubleshoot audio, video and connectivity issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Ensure conference and collaboration rooms are configured and optimized for hybrid meetings.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing, upgrades and maintenance.
