Job Description
- We’re looking for a Software Developer who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to tools and solutions that keep our operations running at world-class standards. You’ll dive into Robotic Process Automation (RPA), web development, and emerging AI-driven applications, working alongside an agile team that enjoys building, solving, and innovating.

- Learn and support our RPA tools, helping maintain and improve automation workflows.
- Train directly with our development team, both online and on the job.
- Contribute to web projects using HTML, JavaScript, React, and platforms like Firebase or Supabase.
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications.
- Join team meetings and code reviews, gaining hands-on exposure to real collaborative development.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and support our production environments to ensure stability.
- Help document processes, project updates, and development workflows.
- Support process analysis, system design, testing, and deployment preparations.
- This role will sharpen your technical edge while placing you right in the flow of exciting, high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, OR coding bootcamp experience/equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or frameworks like React.
- Awareness of Git or other version control systems.
- Problem-solvers who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Clear communicators who can explain technical ideas with ease.
- Bonus points for: exposure to RPA tools, QA/testing practices, or experience with design tools like Figma.
