We’re Hiring! – Endoscopy Registered Nurse

Medcare Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our endoscopy team. The successful candidate will support endoscopic procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires technical competence with endoscopy equipment, excellent patient-centred skills, and strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physicians and the endoscopy team during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (e.g., EGD, colonoscopy).
• Prepare, inspect, and maintain endoscopy instruments and equipment for safe operation.
• Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-procedure nursing care, including patient preparation and recovery monitoring.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical condition throughout procedures and recovery.
• Follow strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols for endoscopy services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in line with hospital policies.
• Provide clear explanations to patients and families about procedures and care plans; support patient education.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License.
• At least 4 years’ experience in endoscopy nursing or relevant acute-care settings.
• Strong clinical and technical skills in handling endoscopic equipment and procedural support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work reliably in a busy hospital environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient safety.
