Description:
Lifenity International is currently seeking a Senior Purchase Executive to support the procurement function at Lifenity Genomic Laboratory in Dubai. This role requires someone who can confidently manage end-to-end purchasing operations within a healthcare or laboratory setting, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-conscious procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the complete procurement cycle for laboratory consumables, reagents, and essential equipment.
• Source reliable vendors, lead negotiations, and maintain strong business relationships to secure the best pricing and service quality.
• Ensure purchasing activities are executed efficiently, meeting quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate closely with store teams and operational departments to prevent shortages or delays.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, contract papers, and related procurement documentation.
• Handle coordination of bike messengers for urgent sample pickups and time-sensitive deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics execution.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in medical laboratories, pathology, or healthcare supply chains.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple vendors effectively.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations, pricing trends, and inventory workflows.
• Exposure to logistics or rider coordination is considered an added advantage.
