Likely Minimum Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Higher Diploma relevant to the advertised role (e.g., Engineering, Counselling Psychology, Health Sciences, Applied Sciences, ICT, Library Studies, etc.).

• Possess a Teaching Certificate (e.g., Pedagogy/CBET training) for Trainer positions.

• Have practical experience in their respective field, including industry exposure for technical roles.

• Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and organizational skills.

• Be proficient with ICT tools and digital learning platforms.

• Exhibit a high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and integrity.

• For the Cook position – relevant hospitality/food production training and experience is preferred.
