????????Hiring Real Estate Sales Consultant

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. 

• Advise clients on residential and investment properties across Dubai and other key markets. 

• Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow up. 

• Conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and close high-value transactions. 

• Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance client experience. 

• Stay updated on market movements, trends, and real estate laws.

 

Experience:

 

• 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Banking Sales, or Luxury Retail Sales. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• High sense of ownership, presentation, and personal grooming.
