Position: Outlet In Charge
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Specialty Coffee
Availability: Ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness
• Manage barista team schedules, training, and performance
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards
• Handle customer concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
• Coordinate with management for updates, reporting, and improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a specialty coffee environment
• Strong knowledge of espresso, brewing methods, and café operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and initiative
