Airlink International UAE is expanding its operations team and seeking a Quality Controller to ensure the highest standards in operations, logistics, and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive QC experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control team, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across material handling, packaging, and dispatch processes.
• Oversee logistics related to QC activities, ensuring timely availability of resources and smooth operational flow.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit detailed QC reports to management for review and decision-making.
• Continuously improve operational processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control or similar operational roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a QC team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of QC procedures, standards, and compliance requirements in logistics and operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
