Job Description
What you will do:
- Lead ASP workforce planning to ensure sufficient, competent field resources aligned with rollout demand.
- Drive ASP performance management, monitoring delivery KPIs, quality trends, and adherence to SLAs.
- Strengthen ASP capability through structured coaching programs, targeted upskilling, and competence development plans.
- Ensure governance & compliance with technical standards, HSE policies, and deployment processes across all ASPs.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with PMO, Quality, Technical Support, and Logistics to remove deployment blockers.
- Manage mentors, supervisors in region, creating better competent ASP.
- Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce defects, improve delivery efficiency, and standardize best practices
