• Hold a relevant diploma or degree depending on the position:

  • Laboratory Technology, Applied Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field for Laboratory Technologist.

  • Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field for Procurement & Supply Chain Intern.

  • ICT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area for ICT Assistant Intern.

  • Business, Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, or related field for Customer Experience/Care Interns.

  • Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field for Data Analyst Intern.

  • Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field for Communication & PR Intern.

  • Records Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or related field for Office Assistant/Records Management Intern.

  • Civil Engineering or closely related discipline for Civil Engineering Intern.

  • Water Engineering, Civil Engineering (Water option), or related field for Water Engineering Intern.

• Be recent graduates or students awaiting graduation where internships are concerned.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to learn in a fast-paced utility environment.

• Be computer literate and able to work with basic office applications; technical roles should be familiar with relevant engineering or lab tools.

• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and commitment to public service.

• Be willing to work in Kericho and its environs.
