Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement/Supply Chain, Education, or related fields, depending on the position.

  • For Finance Officer / Accountant – have solid experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, reconciliations, and working with accounting software; knowledge of donor-funded project finance is an added advantage.

  • For Operations and Procurement Officer – have experience in procurement, logistics, administration, supplier management, and compliance with organizational and donor procurement policies.

  • For Strategic Education Advisor Blended Learning – hold an advanced degree (e.g. Master’s) in Education or related field, with experience in teacher professional development, curriculum/learning design, and integrating ICT or blended learning approaches in education systems.

  • Be familiar with working in NGO, development, or education-sector projects.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (government, schools, partners, communities).

  • Be proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools, online learning platforms, and data/reporting systems.

  • Show commitment to equity, inclusion, child protection, and the right to quality education.
