Job Description
Our client in the security industry is looking to recruit a reliable and organized Stores Supervisor to manage inventory, uniforms, equipment, and supplies across the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and control of security equipment and uniforms.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile variances.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and accountability of all items.
- Coordinate procurement requests and manage supplier deliveries.
- Enforce stores procedures and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Stores Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Stores Supervisor or Storekeeper (security sector preferred).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of inventory systems.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
