Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

• Have proven experience in banking, credit, mortgage lending, or branch management roles within a financial institution.

• For Manager – Mortgage and Officer – Mortgage, demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit appraisal, property financing, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.

• For Branch Manager roles, have solid experience in branch operations, people management, business development, and achievement of financial and non-financial targets.

• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Be proficient in banking systems and MS Office applications.

• Show high levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.

• Be willing to work in the designated region (Eastern, Rift Valley, or Coast) and travel within the assigned area as needed.
