Hiring: ELV/ICT Sales Executive – UAE

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ELV/ICT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ELV/ICT systems and a proven record of successfully selling project-based technology solutions. This role requires someone passionate about technology, highly target-oriented, and skilled in developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell ELV/ICT solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Gate Barriers, Structured Cabling, AV Systems, WiFi Solutions, and other related technologies
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate new business across SME projects, SIRA AMCs, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Meet clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored technology solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful solution delivery
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling ELV/ICT solutions in the UAE market
  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barrier, AV, WiFi, and Structured Cabling
  • Experience managing project-based sales and SIRA AMC opportunities
  • Existing client network in UAE is advantageous
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: 4000 - 7000 AED
